1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return (T-Shirts):
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached and packaging intact
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To be eligible for a return (Anti-Tarnish Jewellery):
- Items must be in original condition and should not be damaged.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return
Just follow these steps:
- Email us at info@zuvix.in with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oh no! If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right ASAP, with a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
If your return doesn’t meet our policy conditions, we may reject it.
5. Exchanges
Reach out to us — we’ll gladly help with exchanges if the item is still in stock. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
